Products Description LEANOMS
Today, Reverse circulation air drilling is the method of choice for initial exploration, ore body development and in-hole grade control. Reverse circulation air drilling is popular, because of its speed, efficiency, and ability to provide accurate samples for evaluation by geologists. At Leanoms, we continue to push the boundaries of new and improved techniques.
Reverse circulation air drilling solutions are designed to deliver industry-leading returns in sample quality and drilling productivity in the exploration for gold, silver, platinum, copper, nickel, iron ore, and other base metals.
Leanoms RC hammer tested to perfection at exploration drilling sites around the world, the Leanoms RC dth hammers are the benchmark for all other DTH RC tools.
Choose from a variety reverse circulation drill bit, bit shank and buttons to suit your needs.
> Buttons in two shapes, including spheres and ballistic
> Many different shank styles to choose from
> The bit you choose will depend on the type of RC DTH hammer you are using.
In reverse circulation air drilling, compressed air is used to dry the rock before the drill bit. An inner tube built inside the bit propels dry rock chips up to the top of the compressed air column. These chips are routed via a diverter at the top of the column and then collected in a sample bag after passing through a sample pipe. This makes it simple to get samples that can be categorized by depth.
